I came in on Thursday just for a new tire. I told them that, they come back to me after about an hour and a half of having my car to let me know I need a new tire, new rear brakes, a new cabinet air filter, a brake flush and my hood sensor replaced. I only came in for 1 new tire, that?s already cheating myself as it is better to buy them in pairs. I turned down the air filter and told them proceed with everything else. The mechanic basically is missing some piece to his tool and can?t complete the hood sensor or brakes and asks me to come in the following day, Friday at 1200. He said him and the mechanic will be off but they message the mechanic coming in the next day. I come in at 12 the next day it?s a new mechanic and front house manager. When I came in at 12 they didn?t know anything I was referring to from the previous day. They take my car lift it up and have it for about 2 hours before the front house Manager Joe comes and tells me I don?t need new brakes maybe a lubricant but I don?t need new brakes yet. The hood sensor I was right I do need a new one but they gotta order it and it won?t come in until tomorrow (Saturday). So they bring my car back down with no work having been done. And I see the quote and the part is $291 I told Joe I know the part is cheaper online I can just buy it and still let them do the work, he said yeah sure, my part just won?t have a warranty from them on it. Which I?m fine with. Here is why I won?t be coming back I was correct the part brand new was about $25 online. There was so much undermining because either your mechanic and manager from day 1 were trying to get over on me or they are not good at their job. To say I need whole new rear brake pads then the next day Joe says no that?s wrong well. Now the integrity for me is ruined I don?t trust either of you. I came in willing to spend my hard earned money on my car and everyone in the store isn?t even close to being on the same page. Maybe I could?ve let the ?misdiagnosis? of my car slide but for me to be told I?ll have an appointment for the following day I come in and no one knows what I?m referring to so now I?m sitting at the car shop for a second day in a row just to get NO work done.....
