I went in on Sunday and Mgr Steve was there by himself. I told him I wanted to get an alignment done and get my breaks checked. Steve walked me outside and took a look at my vehicle. He said the rotors looked fine to him, but the technician would have to look at them. He set me an appointment for that Wednesday. I received a call that there was a ton of front end work that needed to be done. $6000.00 worth. I looked at the list, and he put wheel bearings on the list. I just had those replaced 2 weeks ago. I purchased the parts myself from the auto zone. How did they go badly in 2wks? Then, when I get my car back, the right side feels like it's about to fall off with a loud knocking sound. I called back up there and the lady claimed he did nothing wrong. He just lifted the car up. There's no way he did anything. He had to take the tire off to look at the breaks. Something was not right after that technician touched my car. On top of that, he is a liar. I feel like he was trying to take advantage of me because I'm a woman. I thought this was an honest shop because my mother was using this shop, but now I feel like they may have even beat her out of $ she didn't need to spend. It's sad everything is all about a dollar. I just want to get back and forth to work safely. I hope this stops people from dealing with this place. And the manager, Steve, was bragging about how he had the top technician, and how he was the best in the area. He is around here beating people instead of trying to help these people as hard as things are for everyone. Shame on you.....Read More
