The worst experience ever - this is the second time the Manager Brianna, does not order a part in time. Today's excuse, even after waiting an hour and half and calling to confirmed it would be ok to arrive at 5:00pm instead of 4:30pm did not make a difference. Even after my car has been service 6 times at the same location and having a record it did not matter. Parts were not ordered and still had to wait - my sincere apologies, but this is not OK and if the manager and upper manager thinks is ok than I must say WOW. Very unfortunate, the last manager was great and did a great job, DO NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED....

Had Tires installed and an alignment for my truck. The service was fast and staff were professional. I had no issues with the work that was performed. The only negative is the store was hard to locate as it is tucked into the back of a strip mall.
