Sketchy work? I?ve found that the pricing does not align with the level of service provided. I visited this service center to have a flat tire replaced, and I was advised to rotate a constantly deflating tire to the rear. Additionally, I was recommended for an oil change when a simple dipstick check would let them know my oil is fine being that i just changed it a week ago. When i told the Manager Camilio about this he said ?why would we check the dip stick? Which only leds me to question is the mechanic checking for issues before quoting customers or coming up with made up issues to scare customers into getting work done. Upon reviewing my receipt, I noticed that all of my details?such as my address, model, and mileage?were incorrect, which is causing me to question the thoroughness of the work being done. Or if they even confused me with someone else, after bringing this to the attention of the staff & addressing my concerns about the misinformation and the questionable charges, I was informed by the employee (Johnny) that a partial refund would be issued the following day. I was directed to speak with a manager, Camilo, Unfortunately, after speaking with manager, this commitment has not been honored. It?s disappointing. this lack of transparency especially when the charges were not clearly communicated in advance. This experience has raised serious concerns about the integrity and customer service practices here.....

Mr Camilo D?az Assistance Manager and the mechanics did an outstanding job in the total repair and update of my vehicle. Mr Diaz has outstanding mannerism , very well disciplined, respectful , honest with outstanding interpersonal communication skills for his profession and the clients that come to Tirechoice auto service center located 2010 SW Bayshore Blvd , Port Saint withwithLucie FL 34984. I am New here from NYS and my vehicle suffered from a lot of road debris and highway salt in the winter. Basically was destroying my entire suspension system on my 2001 Mercedes Benz E320 fourmatic with approximately 198,000 has serious suspension , brake and all around maintenance problems . After they were completed my vehicle runs / operates like a brand new vehicle.....
