I came in for an oil change. Pretty simple, straight forward. The online booking was easy, checked in, the gentleman worked on my vehicle. That was all good. No complaints there. My issue is the employee overfilled my oil. The next day the light came on letting me know it was too full. So I called and said what was going on and the gentleman I spoke to gave me attitude, as if I was the one who did this, but he told me to bring it in and they will fix it. Then I took it in, they did another oil change, with less oil. It was still overfilled. So the next day when I took it back again, the gentleman was rude. He said he only put 6 quarts of oil in this time. I looked it up, my vehicle takes 4.5 quarts. He said ?this time? insinuating he put more in the first time. How dose one mess that up twice? I have to take it to another place to get the oil drained and the right amount put in. I don?t trust your employees know what they are doing. I asked for a refund, initially I was told it can?t be done but eventually I was issued one. I was told this might take up to 50 days. Absolutely wild. I came in needing one tire, so of course I said I knew I needed to buy two. The employee agreed. All went through. I left town the following day, and there was an intense wobble when on the interstate. I was out of town for a while, but called and was told it was likely an alignment/balancing issue. I paid for both when purchasing the new tiers. They said no problem, bring it in and we'll fix it. Fast forward to today, when I get to take it in. I get a call stating that I need two additional tires. That is the cause of the wobble. We inspected all four when I initially went in, and even noted how odd it was that one was bald and the others were good. How can two weeks have passed and suddenly I need two additional tires? Plus the alignment that I paid $134.99 for apparently was for nothing, so just a wasted $134.99. When they called to tell me I needed two additional tires, there was no apology, discussion or effort to understand the problem this has caused.
