Staff was very professional and helpful, I needed two goodyear endurance tires for my camper so they were order and there in two days so I was satisfied. But in those two days I checked with Discount Tire and found out same two tires there are around $50 cheaper so I told your store that because I'm going to purchase two more in a couple of weeks and was going to get them from you . I told the manager at your store about the price difference and he said he couldn't change his price so I will goto Discount Tire to get the other two tires,,I have nothing bad to say about Tire Choice but in the day and time saving money is important to me....

I went in for a courtesy inspection and the service I got from the technician was unexceptionable. He lied about majority of the things on the inspection sheet. He did not check them but yet he said they were good. The manager of the store left the technician there by himself for over 30 mins. The technician did not know how to do anything regarding the computer, so once my services were completed I had to stay there and wait for the manager to return just to leave. Once the manager finally did get back, he decided to assist a customer who was not before me. This customer received lots of special treatment while there. He was allowed to have his tire worked on by his friend that was with him. Meaning, he went into the shop area and started working on his tire himself. The technician went back there to assist but he barely knew what he was doing. Once they were done changing the tire on the rim, the man friend took the tire and left while the person who tore it actually was stayed behind and waited for the manager to return so he could pay for his services. That?s crazy to me especially considering the fact that I had to stay there and wait when I didn?t even owe any money for my services. When the manager returned I told him about my poor service and he apologized but still did nothing to help the situation. I brought my car in trusting that it would be token care of and I could get it fixed before getting on the road to take a 7 hour road trip. I felt uneasy and unsafe getting on the road because I knew my car needed to be service but because the mechanic failed to do a proper inspection I just had to take my chances. He also admitted that he did not do some of the things on the inspection sheet even though it said he did. The manager is aware that he lied as well.....
