Terrible service & sloppy job. Came here to get an oil leak fixed that was diagnosed at another shop. When i picked up the check engine light was on which i informed the store manager Dave prior to leaving. He informed me to drive on it for 15-30 miles and it should go off. It did not, scheduled an appointment again with Dave giving him free range to schedule at their convivence. He chose 9am. No one was at the store or answering phones. Finally a women showed up at 9:30am, mechanic did not show up until 10am, took him a whole hour to run codes & wait to see if they would go off. Proceeded to tell me that the codes were all related to an o2 sensor that is bad and how they hated working on my vehicle as it was a pain to get to the sensors (So same mechanic looked at it twice!). They could not do the work there as they did not have the equipment so i took my vehicle to another shop where they found that the o2 sensors were never plugged back in from the previous work at Wooster Tire Choice. Terrible customer service, management is inefficient, and mechanics incompetent. The only compliment i will give is to the girl running the desk, Natasha. It was apparent she was not scheduled to work that day but she was kind, tried her best, and was apologetic for the rest of her teams errors.....Read More
