Had our tires delivered to this store for them to install. They completed the work asked as expected. They were busy and let us know the delay beforehand since we had a scheduled appointment.

They replaced a water pump. Rotors and callipers car sat in there garage for a week waiting for parts to show. When the car finally was finished they told me I might want to think about changing brakes hoses in the future that they were fine now but to think about that as the next thing to replace. Charged me 2600 dollars for repair! TWO days later while on my way to work the brakes started smoking with an overwhelming smell of burning. Along with a grinding noise. The rotors which were pristine the night before now look scratched and old. I have to have the car towed back at my expense to fix the problem. They then told me it was the hoses even before it had been taken off the flatbed which tells me they knew it was going to happen. Why would you ever release the car in the first place If it only had two days before possible catching fire at a cost of 2600 dollars. I just got off the phone with you and now you tell me you?re gonna charge me another 300 dollars to replace the hose to try and make it right. If you were gonna make it right you should?ve fixed it correctly the first time. In my mind ALL of these repairs should be done at no cost. . All rotors and calipers should be replaced with brand new ones since the one you just charged me 2600 dollars for look terrible after only two days. This was a calculated move on your part to squeeze more money out of me . If you knew the brake hose was that bad and apparently you did because you told me that was what was wrong before you even looked at it when I was towed in this morning, then why didn?t you just replace it in the first place. So now I?m going to be out 3000 dollars not to mention the amount of work I?m missing out on. It?s either incompetence , negligence or straight fraud. And this was the best case scenario. What it the car had caught fire? What if the brakes had gone completely out and I slammed into the back of someone else. I work for a company that hauls and stores hazardous materials. What if because of your negligence the car caught fire at my place of business. I have children, what if they were in the car and the brakes went out. Unfortunately you are holding me hostage right now as you?ve made the vehicle unsafe to drive so I have to let you finish the job and hope it gets done right. But this is inexcusable I will make sure that everyone knows about this before they even think about doing business with you. Terrible terrible terrible....Read More
