Over the past 10 years or so, I have taken several vehicles here to be serviced for many different types of repairs. Last year, I had my 2011 Tahoe there to get the AC serviced. The air wasn't very cold and I figured it probably had a small leak somewhere and the system needed to be evacuated and recharged with the proper amount of refrigerant. That was when Jason was the manager and he was always excellent. He was the only one there who knew how to work on AC systems. He said he couldn't find a leak and simply evacuated and recharged the system. When I picked up my vehicle, the AC wasn't blowing cold air at all. Days later when I tried it again, the light on the AC button just flashed and nothing happened other than the system blew hot air. Jason was suddenly fired and there was no one who could fix it. Cooler weather came and I'd forgotten about it. Now that it's springtime, I'd like to get it fixed. I already paid for an AC service that was clearly wasted money after all the work I've had done here. I just stopped by the shop (March 31st, 2026 at 2:45pm) and no one was there. There were cars in the parking lot, all the doors were wide open, but no one was there. I left and tried calling the customer service line. I tried twice and no one answered my call. The call center kept going back to the prompts and I was endlessly on hold. I give up on this place. I was a loyal customer for about a decade but they clearly don't care. I'll be looking for a different place to service our vehicles.....

Got me in and out in about 20 minutes for a new battery. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Would come back here for future maintenance.
