This is my second awesome experience with this store! I was a little late for my appointment (at the end of the day) but they didn?t turn me away. I got great service, they explained things to me and even saved me money. I thought I needed a tire replaced but they inspected it and were honest in saying it didn?t look as if it had any issue. I?m so thankful to have a great place to take my car so close to home.....

I can't express how grateful I am to this store. Amazing people and amazing work. I needed my brakes fixed. I set up an appointment at firestone and work in mt.vernon so my manager followed me down and drove me back to work for my appointment at 12. At 6 when she drove me back down nothing had been done. My car was up, tires off and they just did the inspection. Said my calibers siezed up and needed repair right away. I talked to my friends husband who is a mechanic and he said no way and was outraged with the situation. So I came here on my day off and they didn't have the parts and I almost had a melt down. I just wanted my car fixed and was being told something completely different. Misty worked to get the parts ASAP and kept making phone calls and was so kind and helped me keep calm. Car repairs are stressful and I have never had a major one done before and didn't know what I was doing. Gary and Joel then took the time to explain what was wrong. Not my calibers! Explained what needed done and were so kind and patient as well. They all went above and beyond to make sure I could have repairs done before any more damage was done. I am so grateful. I can't say enough amazing things. My car actually was braking like it should with no embarrassing loud noises lol. This is how everyone should be treated. Repairs are expensive and it helped me to understand what was wrong. Honest, kind, and the best customer service. Everyone do yourself a favor and just schedule here first.....
