Come in here a few times for an oil change and such. This time the service tech was lazy and erroneously used the higher mileage (140?s) from another vehicle on mine serviced here in the past week. No big deal except it got reported to carfax and we are trying to sell the vehicle, so multiple dealers don?t want it/have an issue with the mileage showing up as 147k instead of 70k. Ive been here twice in the last 7 days and can confirm you can receive different service depending whom is in at the time. The first time i arrived, it was a wednesday afternoon (04/24/24) and managed to get a new tire mounted on my vehicle within a span of 20 mins despite being some time after 5pm. I was thankful for the friendly and very quick service i received and commend the employees at that time. However, when coming in on the following monday (04/29/24) for a DIFFERENT tire issue, the person in charge had made the claim that their ?shop was closing up, try the place across the street? at 5pm despite their website claims it closes at 7pm and the staff from the previous trip also mentioning the same thing. I dont know why he would ask me ?how can i help you? and proceed to tell me shop?s closing before even answering if they provided a certain service and DIDNT EVEN ANSWER MY SIMPLE QUESTION or even try to ask if i was willing to schedule something. He then proceeds to give me a pathetic excuse of an apology, almost giving me a tone that i NEVER come back, so i flipped him off before leaving the store and driving off.
