The call center I spoke to and scheduled with was not appropriately trained to schedule appointments based on the issue and the amount of time required for diagnosis and repair. This was obvious when I called within the last half hour and was told that was no problem. I knew better. As for the local in-garage staff, they were all awesome. As soon as I had scheduled the appointment, Randy from the garage called to ask more detailed questions about my issue and set more reasonable expectations. A great manager. He accommodated my schedule and made it simple for me to leave my car overnight. Once his mechanic had looked the car over, he promptly called with details, explanation, and options for repair. He and the mechanic I spoke to were very understanding and helpful. Once we settled on a repair option, a part was ordered quickly and my car was fixed fast. Everything was great. Randy was great. I will definitely come back so long as Randy and the mechanic still work here.....

I wanted to get a tire patch/plugged but they said the tires were 5 years old and it goes against company policy. I bought the 4 tires new at your shop. So I opted to just buy one tire. Bought tire. Left shop. Noticed at home that valve stem was too short to even check or refill air unless I removed hub cap. Next day drove to Worthington on 315. About 60 MPH my whole car was shaking. Obviously the tire was not balanced properly. I went into the shop the next day to report my concerns. I made another appointment to get my tire balanced and a longer valve stem installed. The service tech ordered the necessary part. So at my appointment the service tech seemed very agitated at my appointment say that it wasn?t a real appointment that another service tech had made and he didn?t order the part. So my tire was balanced again and the part ordered again and they were supposed to call me to set up another appointment when the part came in Today no phone call. ??? Sorry so long. Tony....
