I was originally towed here 5/27 after my car wouldn't start up properly/go into gear, had to be convinced to check my car after they tried to state it was only transmission issues. They checked my car, found the main issue to be the catalytic converter and O2 sensor. They had me apply for a payday loan before parts and services were even done, which made me put $29 down. I was told the parts would be in by that Friday or Saturday. I had to call on Saturday for them to even tell me that all the parts weren't in. I wasn't able to get the car fixed until 6/2. When the services were completed, the total didn't match with the payday loan I applied for. I had to get another loan and put another $29 that I didn't have down. When I asked if they found any other issues with my vehicle, they said they found nothing else. I'm stuck in a parking lot right now waiting for yet another tow, and get yet another set of repairs I cannot afford. These initial issues cost me one job, and now I'm worried they'll make me lose another. --- 6/8 I called the number provided by the owner. Using option 2 leads to HR with options that are seemingly only for internal employees (recruitment, employment verification...) The final option in the list was to press 0 for more questions. Pressing 0 automatically ends the call. I have called several times to try again, only to get the same result. I was unable to reach customer service through the options provided.
