Extremely disappointing experience ? Terry?s customer service was unacceptable I?m leaving this review because my experience with Terry at Plaza Tire was honestly one of the worst customer-service experiences I?ve had at a business. I was unexpectedly charged an additional $200 that I was never informed about beforehand, and when I simply asked Terry about the charge and tried to understand why I was being billed for it, instead of calmly explaining the situation, he completely lost his cool and became extremely disrespectful toward me. There is absolutely no excuse for speaking to a customer that way, especially when the customer is simply asking a reasonable question about an unexpected charge. I understand that mistakes, misunderstandings, and additional services can happen, but surprise charges and disrespectful communication are not acceptable. What really made this experience so frustrating was that I wasn?t being confrontational?I was asking for clarification, and Terry?s response was completely unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile. Customer service should be about listening, communicating clearly, and treating people with basic respect, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. Because of this interaction, I would never return to Plaza Tire because of Terry, and I strongly recommend that management take a serious look at how customers are being treated and how additional charges are communicated. I came in expecting to pay for a service, not to be blindsided by an extra $200 and then treated disrespectfully for asking about it. Great place very friendly
