Two years ago, I gave this same Tire Choice location five stars. How do you go from great service that is customer focused to total garbage? This pathetic store could not give me the value for road hazard on my Yokohama Tornante tire that had a bolt in the tread. To make matters worse, the tread depth was not measured correctly, suggesting that all of the tires were in need of replacement. When Discount Tire measured the tread depth it was 6/32, not 4/32. In tire terms, that is the difference between a tire that is good, and one that should be replaced soon. The wrong measurement in tread depth would likely impact the amount that their road hazard would pay. As the vehicle that I own has all wheel drive, Toyota recommends that all four tires be replaced at the same time. I really needed to know what the damaged tire was worth. When I asked for a value, I could not get an answer. The same store two years ago would have given me a straight answer. I took the vehicle to the South St. Louis County location of Discount Tires. They measured the tread depth with an electronic tool. Three tires were 6/32, and one was at 8/32. I had already ordered the four tires, and went forward with the install. Discount Tire's road hazard is full replacement with no questions asked. That tire would have been replaced for free. If I needed four tires, I would have only had to pay for three of them. Well Tire Choice, I made my choice to NEVER do business with you again. I sincerely hope that MONRO management takes corrective action by educating employees on customer service and perhaps honesty. I cannot prove that the tread depth measurements were intentionally measured wrong. If I could give ZERO stars, that would be too much.....

Tire Choice Tires in Kirkwood didn?t just repair a tire..they saved the day. They repaired my tires quickly, checked all the other tires, and made sure everything was safe before I left. The service was excellent, the staff was professional, and they treated me like a champion. When ordinary people get a screw in their tire, they worry. When I get a screw in my tire, Tire Choice fixes it. Five-star service. Highly recommended.....
