Please do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else. If I could give it zero stars I would. We dropped our car off for a tire rotation and to have two tires replaced. It was supposed to be ready the same day. They called back that evening and said they couldn't get to it but it would be ready by 10 the next morning. We never got a call, so my husband tried calling but no one answered. He tried several times with no answer, so he decided to drive over to see if it was ready. The store was closed with no explanation, and when we called customer service they were unable to say what was going on, why it was closed, when we could get the car, or even put us in touch with a manager who could help. It is hands down, the worst experience I've ever had with a company. They currently have my car and I have no idea when I will get it back, and no one has called us back, though we have left our name and number and they said a manager would call back. To say our experience was unacceptable and shady is an understatement. Like I said, call Dobbs or Autotire, or anywhere else. ***And to comment on the response from the owner, if you're so disappointed then how come we haven't heard from anyone in your company and still have no way to get our car? I'd love to hear how you will rectify the situation instead of how disappointed you are.....
