Rotation of Continental tires I bought from this Tire Choice. They couldn't get my car at the appointment time I was scheduled for so I left my car there. But they did my rotation about an hour later. I have used this particular Tire Choice several times over the years and I will stick with them.

I called on 10/16/24 Wednesday, and told the person call I would like to get an Oil Change and Tire Rotation for my car through my Warranty contract. I made it expressly clear I was going to do this through only my warranty. I ask THEM when a good time I could come in, and get set for an Appt. on the following Friday 10/18/24 at 4pm for the services. When I arrive at 4pm, the worker at the desk (Hispanic & late 40's - mid 50's) is immediately curt with me when asking for my information. Get told there will be a wait even though I made an appointment. When I mention I am using my Warranty contract, and ready to give that information to him, the worker tells me I picked a bad time and should've come earlier (I just got off work myself) and he can't do my vehicle now and that I should've started with the fact I was using my Warranty. Like it was my fault his team did not communicate? As if it is my fault I have a job to work, or told to come in on Friday at 4pm for this. Wasted roughly 26 miles of gas just to be blamed for miscommunication by a guy who didn't want to put in the effort to help a customer or provide premier service.....
