I've visited twice and both times the services were satisfactory, but the second visits customer service was disappointing. First visit I was walked through the process and updated and recommended next steps for the future. Second visit, I made an appt three days prior through the website. I checked off Oil Change, and included in the notes I also would like a new Timing Belt as recommended the first visit to return after 60,000 miles. Day of the appt I come in and received an unprofessional attitude and rudeness when made aware of the timing belt situation stating that's a big job and they wouldn't have time. I would have been satisfied of receiving a call or message prior to the appt of this and to reschedule.They should check their upcoming appointments to avoid this, as to what's the point of making an appointment then if they don't know what you're there for and may not have time for more than an oil change. Ended up driving and dropping off my vehicle to drive home and get notified it's already ready. Why make it seem like a long job if I could've waited in office for an oil change. Could've gotten me rescheduled for my timing belt as they recommended me first visit, but received only attitude and rudeness because he did not want to a long job same day last minute. Understandable but check your appointments to be prepared, and at least notify me of preferred days for bigger services. Had to have a tire get plugged and patched on quick notice. They got my tire fixed and back able to get to work in 30 min. I really appreciated them helping me out.
