This is the second time that I have taken my cars here for service and they always come back with more problems. I took my Honda civic to get the starter changed and the car came back with the driver's side wheel making this horrible squeaky noise, I took it back and explained to the technician, the manager called me the following day and gave me some astronomical price and explained my alternator was bad. I refused to fix it and went back and picked up the car, miraculously the noise was now gone but now there is a small oil leak. I took my suv for an oil change, once again I get a call with a long list of things that need to be done and I refuse. I get the car back and the traction control sensor now comes on if I drive over 45 and instantly slows the car down, I take it back and was told they can't fix it i have to take it to a dealer. How do youbrun a business where your customers vehicle is returned in worse condition than they brought it in and you tell them to go pay someone else to fix something that you damaged.......Read More

If I could give zero stars I would!!! Warning to everyone, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! The prices are outrages to begin with , even with an appointment you will sit for over two hours just to patch a tire because the guy is ?new?. They patched my tire that THEY ALREADY PATCHED THREE TIMES AND JUST COULD NOT GET IT RIGHT and less than 24 hours it blew out on me on the highway. As a result pulling off into the should the back tire on the same side went flat as well. After towing it to this place they told me the two tires that were not under warranty are the ones needing to be replaced when they were not, after arguing with them and asking to speak to someone else I?m told THREE tires have been replaced, wipers and SPARK PLUGS!!!! I again asked to speak to someone else to told me this all has not been done yet but I would need to pay for the three tires!!!! Even the tow truck driver spoke on my behalf that the tires they claim needed to be fixed were not. They sent me off in an unsafe vehicle and then robbed me blind instead of fixing their mistake. Paid an extra $200 for alignment and I had to take it somewhere to have it aligned and balanced where they told me it couldn?t of been done the day before and in the condition it was in.
