Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

You call into to schedule a service. They route you to a call center instead of the shop doing the work. I wanted to get mud tires mounted, 295/60R20. I explained all of that to the person at the call center. Which by the I could hardly understand. I am not sure if their call center is located in India or what, but anyway. I take off from work, get there and they say we cant install because they are too big. Like I said I gave the lady on the phone the tire size when I set the appointment. I even asked if there would be any problems with larger tire, of course she said no problem at all. The guy behind the counter says that the call center does not have mechanically inclined persons working and that he deals with this all the time. Anyway I will not be going back to them for any type of auto repairs since the call center does not know what they are doing.....Read More

I have been using tire choice for about 10 + years and what overwhelmingly impressed me was the manager that I met that worked at the South Tampa store on South Dale Mabry in Tampa. His name which Chuck. I continued having Chuck my help me with my repairs over the past 10 years even when he moved to different stores in Clearwater and other locations. I would go to the other locations, just to get the dedicated service from Chuck. Two years ago, I moved to Lakeland Florida and I was trying to find another Tirechoice and ran into a Brandon Mowl who was working at Lakeland South Florida Ave store when my car broke down on the toll road. Brandon is just as dedicated to his customers as Chuck in Tampa at Tirechoice and provided me with excellent service and pricing. Brandon later was transferred to the N. Church Street store in Mulberry and I continued to trust him with my car since I moved and Chuck was so far away. I've been coming to the N. Church Street store and RECOMMEND this store and Brandon Mowls over any other Tirechoice shop or other repair shops in Polk county. Ever since I moved to Lakeland, Brandon Mowls has been looking after my car with the same dedication that I received over the past few years from Chuck. If you have multiple items to repair you can do individual repairs in order of priority and he will assist in scheduling and getting best pricing possible to help get your vehicle back in top shape.
