First time customer, was able to make an appt online and mind you It was a Saturday! I was ecstatic to find an available appt for a Saturday for one, then I arrived at the location on S. Florida next door to dunkin donuts(another plus) and greeted by James the manager who was amazing from beginning to end!!! He listened to my concern for my vehicle, gave me the price up front which was reasonable. While the mechanic was working on my car, which had to do with a whistling noise coming from the dashboard every time I turned on my AC. My brother added freon since the AC was taking too long to cool and since then the noise started. They discovered it could possibly be a clog not letting the pressure go through correctly. James informed me of this right away and also told me it would cost a little more. I wasn't prepared for that however it wasn't that much more. He helped me apply for their 6 month interest free card in which I was approved for and I had them take care of the issue. After the repair I asked if I can check it with him along my side and he didn't hesitate to do this. I also wanted to see the changed part(expansion valve) and he did not hesitate to show me that as well. I asked if there was any warranty on the labor and part and James also reassured me that their was, is also on the receipt they give you so it's a written warranty. It is so hard to come by honest and reasonable mechanics these days, which was my reasoning for asking so many questions especially being a female vehicle owner. I would definitely return for other small issues I need taken care of and will be going to them for my oil changes as he told me the price and also mentioned how they rotate your tires and do a maintenance check while they do the oil change which alot of these oil change places don't do. These guys have earned my trust ?? and I will be using them as my go to mechanics from now on. Only thing negative I can say and it's not ANYTHING they did wrong....they are moving their location about a mile south which isn't too far out, I was just siked that dunkin donuts was next door so while you wait you can have a cup of coffee and a sandwich or donut lmao!!
