Came in for 4 new tires. Service tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Satisfied with the work that was done. I would recommend.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I brought my 2016 Chevy Suburban in for service after Assistant Manager John assured us they would have enough time over the course of two full days to complete an oil change, tire rotation, replace a front turn signal bulb, inspect the serpentine belt and spark plugs, and diagnose the driver?s seat motor. Throughout the two days, communication was very poor. It was difficult to get anyone on the phone, and my husband even had to stop by the shop because no one was answering. We were repeatedly assured everything would be taken care of. On the day I was told the vehicle would be ready, I was informed it would be about 30 more minutes. When we arrived over an hour later, it was still on the lift and it appeared the technicians were rushing to finish. Unfortunately, only the oil change and turn signal bulb were completed. The driver?s seat issue was never addressed, the serpentine belt was still squealing, the oil life monitor wasn?t reset, there was no oil change reminder sticker, and despite being told twice that the tires had been rotated, they had not been. We had to make another trip back just to have the tire rotation completed. After getting the vehicle home, I also noticed a scuff mark on the driver?s door that was not there before the service. My SUV had recently undergone professional paint correction and ceramic coating just a few months ago, and I take exceptional care of it. While I can?t prove exactly how the damage occurred, I brought it to their attention. I was told there was no camera footage available, and the shop denied responsibility. My husband spoke with Manager Andrew in hopes of finding a reasonable resolution after the poor communication, incomplete work, inconvenience, and damage concern. The only offer was 15% off a future oil change, which didn?t come close to making up for everything we experienced. I also called the company?s customer service line, left a voicemail explaining the situation, and never received a return call. That lack of follow-up only added to the frustration. I understand that mistakes happen, but communication, accountability, attention to detail, and standing behind your work are what matter most. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of expectations, and based on how this was handled, I can?t recommend this location....Read More
