When I called to make an appointment it went directly to an international call center. The call-taker quoted me the wrong price and provided misleading information about a price reduction for the service I needed. If she had explained it was a rebate instead of a coupon that would have made a difference in my decision-making, but it felt deceptive once I found out the full story. In contrast, the folks at the physical store were upfront, honest, and apologetic about the misinformation I was provided, no issues with them at all. Edit 04/19/26: Well, after years of being a loyal customer, I have to update my review. I sent my teenaged son to get an oil change and rotation and was shocked when I got a notification that our credit card was charged hundreds more than I was expecting. I called my son and he said they told him he needed two new tires, and that they had the same tires in stock that were already on the vehicle, a 2018 Kia Optima. I yelled at my son for making a purchase without calling me first. I then called the store and yelled at the manager for selling my teenaged son tires that were more expensive performance tires than what we originally had on the vehicle. He made it right by giving us a discount on the tires and promising that our next oil change and rotation would be free, which he wrote on our receipt. If they had honored their promise I would not be editing my review, but fast forward to today. I brought in one of our other vehicles, a Hyundai Tucson, to get the free oil change and rotation. I expected if there was a price difference between the Kia and Hyundai I would pay the difference. However, the manager that was there, not the same one who made the offer, said that her district manager told her it was only good for the Kia and not the Hyundai. I took my business elsewhere and will not be taking any of our vehicles back in the future. We have spent thousands of dollars there over the years, and when they won't honor a promise that was made to keep a loyal customer satisfied, I have a big problem with that.....Read More

Went to the store in N Lakeland to have 2 new tires put on my car due to a blowout. Upon walking in I had some concerns as to where the new tires should be put on my front wheel drive car as far as front or back. The technician informed me that he was new and directed my questions to the manager. Tires were put on pretty quick and I was out the door. Went almost directly across the street to Aldi and when I can back out and started my car the ABS and traction control lights were on. Called up there and spoke to the manager and he said to bring it back in. I told him that I had groceries in the car and would need to drop them off and come back or come back when I have time after work. At this point it's after 6 and they close at 7. Hurry home, drop off groceries, and am back up there in 15 minutes only to be told they close soon, there's 2 cars ahead of me, and that they need to hook it up to a computer to check the codes. Brought the car next day only to be told that they didn't do it and the sensors are bad. When the new employee was mentioned the manager claimed that there was no one new there. Wanted his name (like I would know) and basically called me a liar.....Read More
