This is my first time trying this facility. 1st I made a 2:00 appointment online. They called and left a message and said come at 4:00 they were booked at 2 & 3. No problem. I went at 4:00. The guy at the desk had an attitude as soon as I got there. He leaves the desk and I guess he went outside and looked at my truck. Came back in and said we can?t do an alignment because the tires were worn. He said bring it back when you get new tires. This is a Dodge Ram 3500 work truck. I said hey it?s a work truck let?s get it as close as we can. He said we can?t do that. Obviously he didn?t want to bother with it. The entire shop was empty, no one working, cleaning, nothing. Now it being a fixed rear axle it only needs a simple front end adjustment. He could have rotated the rear tires to the front then aligned it or even give me a price on some tires. He did none of that. Just FYI, I worked as parts and Service Director for Ford dealers my whole life. Customer service was always at the forefront of our operation. Without customers the business will not survive or thrive. So listen up Monroe, who owns over 50 locations. I don?t know what that store produces for corporate, whether it stays on pace, meets monthly goals, customer satisfaction ratings, etc. it seems everywhere I go these days, nobody wants to work, nobody wants to do their job. As corporate you should be genuinely concerned about this store and the missed opportunities I guarantee you they are letting go down the road. You probably couldn?t afford me but I?d run circles around that whatever ?Manager? on duty can do. That was my first and last attempt to give you my business. We have 4 vehicles in our family right now. All need service, all need alignments and tires and oil changes at some point. Sadly you will not see any of them. Monroe Inc. It?s just sad that businesses are ran into the ground because your customer facing personnel have no clue how to talk to people and have no clue how to overcome something so small to earn a customers business.
