1 star is more than generous. I have never experienced customer service this careless and disrespectful. This was my first time ever using their services, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I will never come back or get anywhere near this place again. I called them twice just to check on my car and get an update, yet they waited until literally 10 minutes before closing to call me and tell me that my car was ready. They then expected me to somehow get there before 6 PM. I rushed over and arrived at 6:04 PM, only four minutes after their closing time, and they had already locked the place and left. Even worse, my vehicle was left outside unattended, where it could potentially be damaged, broken into, or even stolen. They knew the vehicle was still there, yet they simply closed up and left. They left me without my vehicle and without a way to get around because of their terrible communication and complete lack of consideration. What makes this even worse is that I had already called two times beforehand specifically to check on the car. If they had communicated properly, this entire situation could have been avoided. This is not how you treat your customers Communication? Almost nonexistent. Consideration for the customer? None. Customer service? Extremely disappointing. Guys, please do yourself a favor: respect yourself, respect your time, and respect your vehicle. Take your car somewhere that actually treats you like a customer not somewhere that seems to care only about taking your money. First visit, first experience, and absolutely the last. I will never use their services again.....
