Spent 40 minutes trying to get an oil change. Bought a Groupon, the voucher didn't work. Asked to pay normal price and their software straight up won't accept my car. The staff member tried his best and even called corporate but if course no one at corporate was available to assist him. Total waste of time and will wait 2 weeks to get the Groupon money back.
