My name is Kai I used to live in Huntington Beach right around the corner from this tire shop. I only ever brought my vehicle here in the hopes that it would be very convenient. My experience was the complete opposite. I even gave them two chances. I had came in once to get an oil change, and I told them I would also like my brake pads to be replaced but I specifically told them I just wanted to get an oil change and for them to order the parts instead of listening to me they took off all of my wheels and my old brake pads just to call me on the phone and tell me that my car would not be completed till the next day. After that, I got a bit aggravated and I told them I specifically ordered y?all to just order the parts and to contact me once they were in so that I wouldn?t have my vehicle just sitting around waiting where I?m unable to work. After this, screw up an occasion. I decided out of Mercy to try and give the shop another chance because they offered me a free oil change. Next time I came back for the horrible service the first time. This time I came in and I explained to the regional manager what had happened and he was sympathetic and seemed like he cared about my situation, but then this happened. I was getting my brake pad replaced again and new rotors and right after I picked up my car, I came back two minutes later to notify one of the auto technicians that my car did not sound right and that there was a clicking noise while driving and he told me that it was just break dust and would wear off. I then called again two or three hours later to notify the shop that they are completely wrong. Nothing was wearing off and the noise was still extremely apparent for them to slowly realize while looking at their computer system that they put the wrong da*n rotors on my car and I was pissed. I never went back to the shop again after those two horrible occurrences, but I was still not done with them yet because when I took my car to the dealership to get a final inspection before I sold it I had another one to $2000 expense of an oil leak that was caused by an oil cap that was not put back on correct correctly due to this lack of expertise knowledge and customer service. Would not recommend anyone to come to this shop even for a simple tire change they will waste your time and pretend like they care instead of just learning to work on the cars. ?? One of my tires was misinstalled by their sister shop and the shop was too busy to reinstall. I was advised to goto Tire Choice to see if they can address the problem. Tire Choice was also busy, but knowing that I was under a time constraint, the store manager himself - Maroni Ualotu - used a jack and got it replaced within 15 minutes. Just don't see that these days. He will have my business moving forward.....Read More
