Took my lifted Tacoma here 2 years ago with same setup and had an alignment done. No issues. This time i came back a few weeks ago for an alignment after replacing a inner tie rod. Next day my stability control and safety sensor was on. Took it back to see what happened. The manager at that time started denying they did anything wrong. Starting saying thing like ?if you want it back to normal we have to put your alignment back like the way it came in? ?its not our fault your truck is lifted? and my favorite ?you can?t have your cake and eat it too?. These comments piss me off so much! You charge me $200 for an alignment because you know my truck is lifted. Normally its $140. And my truck is mess up under your care and you are denying it? Finally the technician told me to see if they can reset it with their scanner. After a few minutes it was back to normal. So it?s something they can do but didn?t and then blame my lifted truck as the reason. You took my money and didnt want to complete the job. If you have a lifted truck/vehicle i don?t recommend this shop. Never taking my truck or car here again. I also ask how much a certain tires for my wife rav4 was. They quoted me $1,400 installed while another shop charge me $1000.....
