I got an Allen wrench stuck in my tire on day one of owning my new car. Total nightmare situation. I brought it here and Brooke immediately helped me out. Their service tech Alex fixed the tire fast, was incredibly kind, and they even insisted I did not need to pay them. Truly unreal service. I will forever choose this shop in the future.

Came in for a possible oil and coolant leak and ended up with both (seemingly) fixed. I picked up the car and brought it home, the next morning I noticed a new oil spot under the car plus I opened the hood and found that they forgot to put a part of the engine back!!! I returned to the store and dropped off the car to have it checked again. I got a call it was ready again And I had to remind the associate about the missing part of the engine. I brought the car home again and the oil leak seemed to be gone. The missing engine part was returned but I noticed a crack in the plastic that I don?t think was there before. Another issue was when I came to get the car the first time, I walked in to the office and another couple was waiting and said it had been 10-20 minutes and tried calling but the phone just rang. I even walked around to the garage to see where everyone was since there were no cars currently being worked on. She eventually came out to help us but weird situation. My daughter did notice after driving home to Reno that her brakes were smoking after getting through the mountains but hasn?t said it happened again.....
