I came in to get a tire patched and it turned out that I actually needed two patched but luckily the staff here were all very efficient and I was in and out in no time. Excellent customer service- I will definitely be back if I ever need any other services!

Timing was entirely off. My entire ordeal, which was only a change of two tires took about 7 hours! ? I was told my tires would arrive at the shop by 12pm on a Saturday. ? When I arrived at the tire shop around 12:15pm I was told the tires were not there and would be delivered by 3pm. ? When I returned at about 3:15pm the tires were there, however then I was told the discount/deal I previously received was no longer available. ? I live in Oakland, California, where there is a Tire Choice in Alameda, about 10 minutes from where I live.The shop I went to is in Albany, California, about 30 min away. It was my third trip to the shop, the first being three years ago and the second being in January of this year. I returned to that location only because I was told I would receive the same deal I had gotten in January. ? In addition, work on my car didn?t start until about 5 PM and finished around 6PM. Travel time to and from the shop from where I live is about 30 minutes so all in, including 60 minutes of travel it took 7 hours of my Saturday away from work. Exacerbating the situation was the fact that I never received an apology. I heard ?reasons? why things occurred, but never an apology for what I had to endure.....
