I?m pretty disappointed with the service I received at Tire Choice in Albany. I will say that I?m satisfied with the speed of service and the fact that they were able to replace all four tires on my vehicle on the same day on a weekend. However, after the service, I?ve had issues caused by their poor workmanship. Two of the TPMS sensors (all four of which were replaced less than a year ago, and thus well within their lifespan) were damaged. They told me the only thing they could do was replace all four of them for over $400 because they don?t have a scanner to see which ones are broken. A tire shop not having a TPMS scanner is ridiculous. Also, after having my tires replaced, I ended up with a few cross-threaded lug nuts. This is due to them carelessly putting the lugs back with excess force. Due to the carelessness and mistakes made at Tire Choice, I ended up needing to spend a few hundred dollars on repairs elsewhere to correct their mistakes.....
