If you're a young female and you would like to be ripped off be my guest and visit this shop. My daughter came here to get an oil change and a transmission flush. She was quoted some ridiculous price. When she called me I immediately asked to speak what's a person she was talking to which happened to be Charles the manager. First I asked about the oil change and why it was so much higher than what she has been being charged for the last 3 years of going there and why they didn't tell her that it was raised that much. I quickly passed that up because I understand inflation. He then began to speak to me very condescendingly. As if I had no clue what I was talking about because of my gender. When I asked how much the transmission plug would be, he told me $47. I asked him why $47 for a $10 part. He told me if you can find it for that cheap I'd like to know where and I proceeded to tell him. However at this point they had already began draining the transmission fluid. So we had no choice but to pay the ridiculous $200 for the transmission flush and the 400% markup for the transmission plug. I understand inflation four parts to the shops can make money but that type of inflation was ridiculous. People usually go to shops like this because the actual dealership is so much more expensive. The Honda dealership only charges $135 for the flush. But this shop took advantage of my daughter because she was young and very trusting. So yes if you want to be ripped off, definitely go here.
