I had an awful experience at this Tire Choice location, primarily dealing with Nick at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, he was extremely dismissive, rude, and acted like serving me was a burden. I came in to get two tires installed and requested a state inspection. After failing the inspection, Nick tried to quote me $786 to replace a tail light cover and secure a battery mount. When I questioned this and declined the overpriced repair, he refused to provide me with a proper receipt for the two tires I purchased and refused to give me the official inspection rejection printout?yet still charged me the $20 inspection fee. Denying a customer proof of payment and official state documentation is completely unacceptable. I ended up taking my vehicle to another local shop the very next day. They took care of the tail light and battery mount with zero hassle, inspected my car, and had me out the door in no time without trying to rip me off. Avoid this location if you expect honest pricing, professional customer service, or basic business transparency.....

Nick does an amazing job in managing his store, I followed him when he transferred to Laskin road because I appreciate the customer service and care to his customers. I worried he is getting burned out because he needs a good assistant to help him out. I can relate to how this is as it happened to me not having a strong assistant manager as I was the GM working crazy long hours on salary no day off. I eventually left feeling burned out. For the company reading this, please get Nick a dependable assistant! I drive for a living and a loyal customer to Nicks store, you lose Nick you lose this loyal customer which has spent a good amount of money that helps your profit and loss every month. For the customers reading this you can always depend on Nick at this Tire Choice to give you excellent service!....
