Took my car in for alignment and new brakes. Paid almost $1400. I was supposed to pick up same day. However they called and said that the emergency brake key broke off?? and they wouldn?t be able to have a new one in until the next day. No big deal. I pick up my car the next day and every single malfunction light is on in my car about my collision mitigation system failure, lane mitigation system failure, and my cruise control no longer worked. After immediately bringing it to the assistant managers attention he said it had to be a ?coincidence? and they didn?t touch anything that would of messed that up. Even though a simple google search shows that what they were doing work on with my car can absolutely mess that up. I took my car to my dealership the next day and they said it was 100% what they did that messed it up. I also asked dealership to check alignment and the guy asked if they charged me at tire choice for an alignment and if they did to immediately get my money back. His exact words were ?I?ve seen cars driven for 4+ years with no alignment done that looked better than yours? I took all documentation of this back into tire choice and demanded a refund. and they left me with a ?we?ll talk to our district manager and see what we can do?. I?ll be having my brakes re checked that they did and am still demanding a refund for needing to have my alignment done correctly and their faulty work. I will NEVER be back and I will not be letting this refund issue pass over without answers and my money back.....

So here they do an oil change with a free rotation. I asked for both cuz it?s a deal for 80$. When I showed up they didn?t rotate my tires at all. So I mentioned it and mechanic argued a little but he did it. Then a week later I was having another service done at a local shop where I get my major mechanic work done. The mechanic was doing my transmission oil filter and a few minor things as I was going on a long trip to the west coast. I was under the truck and noticed that they didn?t change my oil because it was the exact same filter I installed when I did my own oil change. So we drained the oil right there and sure enough that oil was definitely older than a week of driving. They were going to not do the rotation and never did the oil change and then charge me for it. Absolutely ridiculous. Definitely not going back.....
