Do not use. Took for oil change and inspection. Paid over 600.00 dollars because needed a tire rod. So they say believe nothing any more! My car was making a noise after it was finished that it did not make before. After I came back for the fourth time and second full day of my car being there. They changed the caliper and breaks on passenger side. New brakes were put on there in November. They did not change the caliper on left side which I am concerned about. Having my brakes grab with one older caliper and one new one. They even admitted that if I came in and had a problem with the caliper they would recommend changing both but said you don?t have too! This is the kind of work they do. They also said something was loose by axle and had part there to change it but when I picked it up told me they did not change because noise went away when they did the break and it was a 5 hour job. So they didn?t do it. Could never get documentation for all the times I brought it back and what they said! Called customer service was offered $150.00 off next service but when asked for district manager to call me back. They said they couldn?t say he would but they would tell them. I have heard nothing! Now I am not sure what problems I could have with breaks and what other damage they caused fixing my car to pass inspection. So avoid a headache and go somewhere else. Their mechanics do not know what they were doing. My car was also maintained by another mechanic which was unavailable that is why I took it there.
