My experience here was far from exceptional. My friend and I had bought a Groupon the day before our big road trip and were so excited about fining a 3 for 1 Groupon. We bought a Groupon for a synthetic blend oil change that came with a tire rotation and a new filter. The first day my friend went in to get the service and was told that she needed full synthetic blend oil change and would have to pay an extra $80 on top of the $30 already paid on the Groupon. So we went back and got a refund from Groupon to come back the next day and purchase the full synthetic service. Mind you we have always gotten synthetic blend oil changes and never had an issue. But now we?re told that the car can only take full synthetic and that we need to purchase the more expensive Groupon and pay extra money on top of it. So we go to get the full synthetic service the next day but this time I go in. Keep in mind my skin color is lighter than my friend who had tried the day before. I went in and the check in for the service went without a hiccup until the associate realized I was with my friend who had come in the day before in which the associate made a face and had awkward energy the rest of the interaction. So the car gets serviced and we?re not even notified. We happen to check back in and see that the car is sitting in the lot. No communication. After we pick the car up, suddenly the car is now making noises that it had never made before and the tire pressure light keeps going off tho all tires appear to be completely fine. This place will try to overcharge you for no reason dare I say for the color of your skin or just to take advantage of some women. I will never recommend this place to anyone.....
