Monro fires people unethically they don?t follow there own rules never been written up no warnings straight up fired me with no remorse go to small shop go to Mavis go to Walmart horrible company!!!

I originally had an appointment for a state inspection and tire alignment. The inspection revealed that I needed 2 parts replaced to pass and the staff were quick with both a time and price estimate for the work. The work was done the same day and the overall wait was 2 hours - very understandable since welding and suspension work was involved. The main part of this review is about the staff. They were exceedingly kind and helpful in resolving one very recurring issue: the steering wheel alignment. After the first alignment the steering wheel was off so I brought it back to have it done again. It was done within 30 minutes - and unfortunately the steering wheel was now off the same amount on the opposite side. I brought the car back the next day to have it fixed and it took 3 hours and 4 more alignments. The mechanic even took me along for the test drives to show me what their thoughts were. Unfortunately - the steering wheel was still slightly off center (better than before, but I had no issues prior to the first alignment). So I brought the car back for a third day, and two alignments later it was finally straight (totaling 8 alignments.) The staff were always ready to help and fit me in immediately whenever I needed the alignment fixed. They never complained and agreed with me that this alignment process is not how it normally goes but is sometimes required in certain cases. The overall time spent and hassle coming back so many times was annoying but the staff did their best to accommodate me and get me back on the road.....
