So long story short, I had an issue with a brand (new to me) carvana vehicle and their insurance, Silver Rock has pretty limited in network shops where I live. In fact none within 90 minutes. After scheduling an appointment at a different tire choice 30 minutes away, they were not able to fulfill the work. Totally not their fault as I used the call center to schedule the appointment. The assistant manager that was there was super helpful and very kind in helping me sort out a solution. She gets an A+ from me for being as accommodating as possible and quite helpful. That leads me to the Pickerington Tire Choice Auto Service center. They got me in same day, took care of my problem, knew exactly how to work with the insurance, and overall was a super positive experience. Although it was a fairly easy fix. They were awesome, and after speaking with them clearly knew what they were doing. Five stars. Great service. Although I'm not likely to make another 2-hour trip, if you're in the area and you need work done, I highly recommend this shop.....

My family is from out of town and we were in need of tire replacement ASAP. The team at Tire Choice were professional and courteous and most of all compassionate to us. They had us in and out and on the road within an hour. That meant so much to us. Highly recommend 1000/10.
