I have mixed feelings regarding this review, as well as everything that happened. Although considering I am now going into over a month of car issues and a nightmare of getting my car fixed, here we are. What started as a tire rotation turned into needing new rotors. Fine, I saw the damage, they were in bad shape. Then came wheel bearing issues. Fine, replaced that. But then came a stabilizer link failing. Fine, let's fix that. I was told that would be a quick fix and cheap fix. So I dropped my car off and went home, thinking I'd have my car back before work. Didn't hear anything all. Eventually, I called back the following day to find out that they were missing a bolt that they needed to get the part to stay. I was not informed until I, myself, called. I was then told my car would be ready on Monday. I received no call on Monday and did not receive any further information until I called on Tuesday. It was only then that I was informed that my car was not, in fact, fixed. Instead, now I have my speedometer out entirely. A broken sensor. And a (still) faulty wheel bearing. All of which confirmed by two separate mechanics. My dashboard is lit up like a Christmas tree. Not a single one of these issues predated my appointments to this location. Of course, I am not a mechanic therefore I cannot speak on behalf of what was done correctly vs incorrectly, though I can say that each mechanic that has looked at my car since this all started has been baffled as to how my car ended up in this state of disrepair. I have previously bought tires from u for my other car n they r not in ur system. This experience, they found my little metal piece n plugged my tire. Everything was good, but after the repair, they did not fill up my tire with air. To balance with the other side. That was dissapointing.
