I stopped in this morning to have some work done and it was a vary pleasant experience shout out to mr Michal junkins this gentleman made everything awesome vary polite well polished manager he truly went above and beyond had some great conversation as well everything done to our vehicle was done in a timely and professional Manor price wasn't overwhelming if you have to go through the drama and pain of getting repaired I highly suggest you go here and do yourself a favor and kick it with Michal great guy frfr and with that I'm done....

I brought my vehicle on 02.20.26 to Tire Choice Auto Service Centers at 15791 US Hwy 36 in Marysville, OH for a routine oil change. I was charged $134.57. The total price was not discussed with me before the service began. Immediately after the service, when I started my vehicle in their parking lot, a red warning light appeared on my dashboard stating ?Low Engine Oil Pressure.? I had never seen this warning before. I went back inside immediately and informed the owner. Instead of inspecting the vehicle, I was told to return the next day and pay additional fees for them to look at it again. When I insisted the issue appeared right after the oil change, the owner became angry and told me to leave. My minor son was with me and was frightened by the situation. I drove home and the vehicle smelled unusual and made abnormal noises. When my husband checked the car, we discovered there was no oil in the engine. The oil had been drained and not properly refilled. As a result, the engine was severely damaged. Shortly after we arrived home and discovered the damage, two men ? whom we recognized as the owner and his associate ? came onto our residential property without explanation. We contacted Marysville Police, who responded promptly. The individuals were unable to clearly explain why they were at our home. My vehicle is now inoperable and the matter is being handled legally. I strongly advise anyone using this location to carefully verify the work performed on their vehicle before leaving the premises.....
