I already knew that I needed tires and an alignment and wanted to get that done before the weather got bad. So I began doing some research on good auto shops in the area and came across Tire Choice. First impressions are everything to me and I'm a stickler when it comes to good customer service. Tire Choice for me felt like a good fit from the start. Jim the assistant manager was very courteous and helpful in making sure I got what I was asking for (which was a great discount deal on tires that was on their website). He ordered my tires and I was able to go back in a few days and get my tires and alignment done. I met the manager Gavin that day and was also very pleased with his professionalism and helpfulness in explaining another service I was inquiring about that I needed done for my car. Because of my good experience with them I felt very comfortable scheduling my next appointment the same week to get a new serpentine belt done, which originally, I was going to the dealership to have them do it. The work was done quickly by the mechanic and Jim explained exactly what was done, showing me the old cracked serpentine belt as well. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I felt valued and not overcharged. I found my new go-to shop! I'll definitely be back!....
