I have brought each of my cars to Tire Choice for at least the last 7 years, this time was very different and I don?t plan to return. I called to make an appointment, they told me just to bring it in- asked on the call if they needed my name and he told me no. I showed up around 8:30 a.m. this past Wednesday to drop it off, was asked if I had an appointment and I told him no. Gentlemen was very rude after that, telling me how expensive the oil change was going to be and questioning whether I really wanted to leave it. It was awkward, told him I needed an oil change and left. Around 3:30 I received a call telling me the car was done. Fast forward to 5:30 when I went to pick it up after work, and the doors were locked. No one in sight, and supposed to be open until 7. Called the North Olmsted store to see if they had a contact to get ahold of, they were kind but unable to get ahold of anyone (they also thought it odd the doors were locked). The next day I go back to get my keys and pay the bill, so rude- I ask about what happened the day before and why I wasn?t told they would be closing early, guy snaps and says ?I record all my calls, I told you I close at 5, I can send you the recording? I wasn?t told that, told him I?m happy to hear the recording and guess what, it was never shared. The whole thing was bizarre. The attitude and the unfriendly tones are not worth it. Need better customer service and correct information on their website. Hours state they are open sunday, website allows and confirms appointments for times outside of their normal hours, however when calling about hours, you rudely are told they are closed sunday with no explanation or apology for their lack of communication and organization. Looking through past reviews, its a common occurrence that they never seemed to fix.....Read More
