I took my car in at 8:30 am because I had a nail in my tire. The front desk person said that it couldn?t be worked on until 10 am because no one comes into work until then. He said it would be ready before noon and would call me. When I didn?t hear anything I called the shop and was told it was being worked on and would be ready soon. I went back to the shop to wait and the front desk person said it?ll be soon and made me pay then because he had a meeting to attend. I paid and he went into a closet leaving the door slightly ajar to watch a work related video. I sat there for 45 more minutes still waiting. I could see into the garage and only my car was there but no one working on it, so I went in trying to find someone to see what was taking so long. After a few minutes a young man came out and saw me and started yelling at me that I couldn?t be in there and what did I think I was doing. I told him I wanted my car and he continued yelling that I had to get out and pay to get my car. I walked back to the front desk person and he stuck his head out of the closet and said, oh, it?s you. I asked him what?s going on, no one is bringing out my car. He then went and talked to the young man who then brought out my car. And then I was given the wrong key fob. Customer Service is very poor and I would never go back there. Why does the shop say open at 8:30 am if no one comes in to actually work until 10 am?
