After dealing with a frustrating tire issue and getting nowhere elsewhere, I came to Tire Choice for an initial inspection and immediately knew I was in the right place. Bo and Anthony were incredibly helpful, honest, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain everything clearly, never tried to upsell me on anything I didn?t need, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right solution. It?s hard to find mechanics and service advisors you can trust these days, but Bo and Anthony earned my trust from the start. Their laid-back, no-pressure approach made the entire experience stress-free, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was in good hands. So I?ll start with I had a flat tire, I changed to my spare and drove to the shop 1 hour before close. The gentleman there told me it?d be done by 8am the next morning due to the techs not being there and no tools being available? Which is weird. I worked at tire shops growing up so a shop not having tools? I shrugged it off because he was friendly and said I?m fine with leaving my car in the shop overnight as long as it?s done by the morning. (Big mistake) I Ubered home and Ubered back to the shop at 930 the next morning which cost me $50 which I was fine with. I get to the shop, and the lights are off, the door? Closed. Garages? Closed and locked. Mind you, open is at 0730am. The gentleman out front was a worker who wasn?t even supposed to work until later tells me that they don?t know where the keys are and are trying to figure it out and that I should come back tomorrow. 24 hours past promise time. So, I had to Uber back home. Additional $40. Total uber cost so far for the day $90. I called corporate a few hours later because I?ve had zero updates and they informed me that the district manager was on the way to open the shop. I was nearby in my 2nd car so I stopped by. The doors were now open and that same gentleman from the morning, Edwin I believe his name was, helped me out and got everything sorted. Edwin really needs some acknowledgment for his dedication to fixing the mess. Now, I get back after running a couple errands and my car is done. I get offered ZERO compensation for the extensive Uber costs, just a simple apology. My TPMS was not reset (not as big of a deal) and my spare was just tossed back in the trunk. Not sure how this company runs things but when I worked for discount growing up, we?d put everything back where it should be and reset the TPMS. I left my car there and drove home. I had to uber yet again to pick up my car which was an additional $50. So total Uber cost was $140 When it should?ve only been $50 to begin with. Not impressed with this business and will not return.
