I took my vehicle in for a wheel alignment and left very disappointed. The shop claimed the alignment was completed successfully, but they never informed me that all four tie rods were worn out and needed to be replaced. Any reputable shop should inspect the steering and suspension components before performing or charging for an alignment. To make matters worse, they failed to provide me with a before-and-after alignment printout to verify that the alignment was actually performed or that the measurements were within specification. That printout is standard practice and provides customers with proof of the work. I expected honesty, transparency, and a proper inspection. Terrible experience here. First, thing that ever happened to me here was when I got an oil change and at checkout they told me a completely different price than what I was originally expecting. They do a terrible job communicating their prices to you when you're checking in. Now, today, I showed up for a schedule appointment to have my car state inspection done. When, I came inside the gentleman told me that their guy who does inspections doesn't work Tuesdays, so they didn't have anyone to do the state inspection. This would be totally understandable if I didn't schedule an appointment and received three confirmations from them stating that everything is confirmed for the appointment. They had my contact info, so someone should have contacted me before I showed up for my appointment. It was waste of time, energy and gas. Communication needs to be better and the website needs to be updated. I'll never come to this location again.....Read More
