Purchased four brand new tires and alignment, appproximately $1,200 sale. I returned 4 times for low tire pressure that were not recorded in the system, how convenient. The Manager and his co-worker Julie did not know how to use the store printer, email, contact me that my refund was credited or provide me with the corporate number I had to ask for repratedly. The corporate call to India took over an hour to finally leave a message for thr District Manager Jerry. When Jerry called me back, I explained the endless issues and horible service and requested to be called back--to date he has not. I reported to the store staff and Jerry that I had been stranded in St Louis multiple times due to the faulty tires undergoing Breast Cancer Treatments, no resolution offered. When I last visited the location in Edwardsville, the Manager Keith argued with me raising his voice stating I had returned 4 times--you were not there Keith and Julie did not enter the repeat visits in the computer deliberately.
