Few years i was going to this place, they had great ppl working, i send no less then 5 friends to do they car maintenance there, one by one stop going and from today i am done with them. My car was in shop for 7 hours 11am until 6pm. Just for oil change. 12pm got call from them that they need to change something else as well i said ok. They said in 1h will be done.i wwnt back after 2h..no one in the shop. No 1 worker.finaly 1 girl shows up, and say that car is not ready and that i need to sign liability waiver if i want to take car out. I said NO. She said it will be ready by end of the day. When i ask for oweners number she said google it. (Later she gave me number) i spoke with cosumer service, and after 15 min waiting she said she spoke with them in the shopand car will be ready by end of the day.i said ok. 5pm i call them again to see what is going on, they told me car will be ready by end of the day.6pm another call, the same guy from today said the car will not be ready today, and if i dont want that part fixed to come and pick up the car. So...after 7 hours they didnt fix the problem and they let me go with no waiver sign??? So i rearly write any reviews but this is serius matter. Why they didnt let me take my car today??? They wasted my whole day.and plus,i told customer service today, that for sure car will not be ready today.and they said no no sir it will be. 7 hours later, car was NOT ready.....Read More
