I?ve been to this location several times, and my previous experiences have been fine. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing. I requested that my tires be rotated and the tire pressures (PSI) be checked. When I picked up my vehicle, I asked if the PSI had been adjusted, and no one seemed to know. I was eventually told it had been done, but as soon as I drove away, I noticed the tire pressures didn?t match, making me question whether it was actually completed. What upset me even more was the condition of my vehicle when it was returned. I have a white vehicle that I had just washed, and there were black greasy fingerprints all along the drivers side. I had also just had the interior professionally detailed, but there was a large grease smudge on my steering wheel. When I grabbed the wheel, my hands were covered in black residue, which then transferred to other parts of the interior. To make matters worse, a dirty grease rag had been left sitting on my passenger seat, leaving grease there as well. When I told the manager about the rag, he just looked at me, and told one of the workers to come out and grab it from me. When the worker came up to take the rag, he said, ?I didn?t do this.? Mistakes can happen, but being unapologetic & returning a customer?s vehicle in this condition is unacceptable.
