On or about 11-4-25, I shopped tires & prices on the Tire Choice website. I decided on Good Year tires for my 2020 Cadillac to be installed. I took the car on a trip out of town and the car shook like crazy at high speed. I returned to the shop after my trip and Luigi the manager corrected the issue and the car no longer vibrates at high speed. It was nice of the shop to correct the issue in a professional & prompt manner.....

I had an appointment to get my tire fixed yesterday and the technician was very friendly and quick with his service, which I appreciated. However, when I looked at my tire today, I was surprised by the way it was patched. I?ve never seen a repair done quite like this, and several people I?ve spoken with have said it doesn?t look typical. I?m concerned the patch may not hold up for long and could leave the tire as irreparable work. On top of that, my tire cap went missing ? I was attached to my fun green one, so that was disappointing. Another concern is the atmosphere in the lobby. Even with loud music playing, customers can clearly hear staff yelling back and forth. While we can all appreciate jokes and casual banter, the things being shouted were pretty strange and definitely not what you?d expect to overhear in a professional setting. It seemed like they didn?t realize customers could hear them, which made the wait feel uncomfortable. I hope this repair lasts longer than it appears it will, and that the overall customer experience improves.....
