Would not recommend for the following reasons: 1) Hustle Factor - Instead of giving me a competitive price up front for replacing TPS sensors, I had to explain I was getting other quotes. After that the manager started back-talking about coupons and how there were none, but he could find one, etc... 2) Appointment - I had an appointment for 9:30am. I got there 15 minutes early, but they did not get started on my car until 11:00. I ended up being there 3+ hours (employee shortages was the excuse, yet they continued to take in walk-ins) 3) Service - When they finished they told me they could not get the light to go out and that it might go out until the computer resets. It did not so I checked my tire pressures. 40 PSI on one tire, 30 on two others, and 35 PSI. Tire pressure sensors will light up if tire pressure is not even. I refilled my tires to correct pressure and hit reset switch, light went out. I would think a tire store would know the problems with uneven tire pressures. I called them and got an apology... 4) Quality/Safety - After driving my car around that day I noticed a new rubbing noise coming from a wheel. I went back up there that afternoon about the noise. The same tech retorqued the wheels and noise went away. The assumption is the lug nuts were not torqued down. A huge safety issue, and easy to imagine since they didn't even refill the tires correctly. What else did they forget to do in haste? 5) Quality - The tires were covered in a brown goop. I assume it was lube to reseat the tire bead after installing the sensors. They should have cleaned that off before sending the car out. 6) Oversell/Upsell - I had just changed the oil about 500 miles and 30 days ago, yet they told me it needed and oil change bad... Also needed another $4,000 in work including brakes. 7) Overtightened Lug nuts - I went to remove the tires to inspect the brakes myself and found they the lug nuts had been overtightened to approx 180 ft lbs. I have aluminum rims and the specs are 80-100 =. This can damage my wheels. So yeah, there is a reason auto mechanics have a bad reputation, and this place is a prime example.......Read More

I Think I was being over charged for what i wanted to have done so took my business somewhere else Thanks for the Service that I had done I know I was being over charged I talk to your Manager about it he did offer me a Better deal but I want some Where else? And I think he?s a honest and great manager thank you Gene
