I went in last week just to get a turn signal bulb replaced. I was very impressed with how responsive and friendly everyone was. Several weeks before that, I went in because I had a nail in a tire. The car dealership had said the tire would need to be replaced, but you guys just removed it - turned out to be a tack, not a nail, that was totally superficial!

I am a faithful and longtime Tire Choice customer. That said I was saddened to hear of Rick Schantz?s departure. He was an honest and diligent representative of your brand. You probably did not know this but whenever I would call the house line and Rick answered he would greet me by name before I even spoke. How many people can say their mechanic observes that level of attention? Through the years I have sent countless people to Tire Choice often recommending that they ask for Rick and to mention I sent them. My motivation was never to seek reward but instead to ensure that Rick knew how much his service was appreciated. However to be fair David Heiman stepped in graciously upheld the level of individual care my family and I have come to associate with Tire Choice. He welcomed my unscheduled job with zero resistance and demonstrated the same caliber of hospitality and quality I have come to expect from your company. Thank you Tire Choice....
