Since the old management & mechanics left I won't be back! Spoke with Dave on the phone for pricIng quotes. He sound annoyed like he didn't want to be there. I told him that and he hung up. Called back & did the same. I then called the shop directly spoke with Angela or Windy a red headed lady, I explained my car issues over the phone & she helped me with the correct terminology of what the issue could be. We set up an appointment & I came in. Once I got there I asked who the manager was, she told me. I said okay who would the store be as well? Because it looks like a whole new team. With an attitude she looked at me and said him, obviously that upset the red lady. She gave an answer and I let her know I've be coming for months working on my vehicle together with yhos shop upgrading it. (Don't think she cared) They took my SUV to the garage and the red head lady returned and was talking, i couldnt hear anything with my big headphones on my head & ears. I asked if she saw them because I didn't hear anything could she repeat it. From there she was rude just bad customer service, she started arguing about a question, because I didn't know what my vehicle would or wouldn't do because it's faulty. She wasn't listening, walked away saying stuff. I told her they can bring my keys and my vehicle I'll go somewhere else. Why are you arguing with a potential customer who came to you for help!? I've spent well over 5K this year upgrading my vehicle at this shop, but I'll do it where there is better customer service.....Read More
