Purchased our trailer tires from a company who sent them here and stated this place could install them. Upon picking them up, they scratched our wheels down to the metal because the person putting the tires on, didnt know what they were doing and the tool they used put significant deep long scratches all over every single wheel. There was also excessive wheel weights added to each wheel instead of properly balancing them. The manager, Dave, stated they had a company who could fix the issue, which cost more than new wheels. We brought the wheels over to the wheel doctor who told us it would cost around $400 per wheel to fix and finish them so they looked correct (5 wheels, all 4 and the spare). New wheels were cheaper than this. Dave was supposed to have his insurance call us, he never followed up, they never called. I've been in there several times now leaving messages for him to call me with no response or follow up. It has been over a month at this point. The last time I went in, his employee directed me to a sign on the door with a number for corporate and suggested I call there. I also inquired about a refund for the charge for balancing and adding the TPMS sensors due to all of the damage and all of this needing to be redone, again, no response and no credit. The managerial skills are lacking, the employee training is lacking, they dont know what they are doing and could care less that they damage your items. We ended up purchasing new wheels, had them installed by wheel doctor, a place that knows what they are doing and acts professionally. Do yourself a favor and do NOT go here. I will be filing for court, filing with the BBB, and ensuring other people are not treated like we were. Photo is an example of how bad the wheels are scratched down to the metal. Places like this shouldn't even be in business.....
