I called on Sunday early evening and was able to schedule an appointment for The following Monday morning. The transmission was leaking fluid and unbeknownst to me, the radiator hose was leaking. They replaced everything that needed replacing and had it done the same day for me As promised. Thank you!

The staff was very annoyed or seemed like they did not want to be there, poor customer service, I have A 2003 Chevy Cavalier, I was there on Sunday 06/28/2026, called before going in and a lady answered the phone, gave me a quote for an oil change and said they except walk ins, so quote was for a standard, basic oil change, she said 49.95 before tax i said okay great ill be there soon, I get there and they tell me 84 dollars plus tax, I said thats not what the lady said over the phone, and he said my vehicle calls for 10W30 and its more because of that, I said no it calls for 5W30 and it even says it on the cap, he argued with me about it and he said because it has high mileage its going to need a thicker oil but then I told him it only has 103,000 miles on it and he said okay ill ask the mechanics outside, anyway they got done with the oil change and I was expecting it to be cheaper because they were supposed to use the correct oil in my car but they did not, and he told me no it calls for 10W30, at that point I didn't feel like arguing with him anymore, I payed and walked out, got into my car and they didn't even put the next oil change sticker on my windshield, I had to go back in and request it and put it on myself, never going back, they treat you like shit and the owners must not be paying them enough to give a shit, just my opinion, I hate leaving poor reviews but I was unhappy with the service and I hope they do better there soon as of right now they don't even deserve a 1 star rating in my opinion, please management do better.....Read More
